Booking requests

When you submit a booking or merchandise inquiry, we save the details you provide so the band can reply. Requests are stored on the website host’s computer and are accessible to authorized band accounts. We also send the inquiry details through FormSubmit to [email protected] so the band can respond. FormSubmit retains submissions for up to 30 days; email copies are also held in the receiving mailbox. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information.

Backstage accounts

Band accounts require a private invitation. We store your name, email address, and a protected password hash. An essential sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out ends that session.

Videos and music

Video thumbnails load from YouTube. When you play a video or open the Spotify player, the provider receives information about your browser and connection under its own privacy policy. These players do not start automatically when you open the page.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on a private computer and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information to deliver and protect the site. Temporary request limits help prevent spam. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Your information

To ask about your booking information or request deletion, email [email protected]. Booking details are retained until they are no longer needed to handle the inquiry. Photos and posts submitted through Backstage become public only when published.
